(10) business days after service of the response, the affected agencies shall meet to negotiate <br /> resolution of the dispute. Each agency's negotiator shall be its general manager or city manager, <br /> executive director, or their designee. <br /> 3. After negotiation, any affected agency may pursue any available legal remedy. The written notice <br /> of the dispute and the written response and all documents produced, but not the subsequent <br /> discussion, shall be admissible in any subsequent proceeding. <br /> 4. Pending resolution of the dispute, each PARTY must fulfill its payment obligations and <br /> other responsibilities under this Agreement. <br /> IX.
