CALL TO ORDER MINUTES CITY OF PLEASANTON REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING October 19, 2010 Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Sullivan led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman Absent: None AGENDA AMENDMENTS City Manager Fialho reported two agenda amendments: Item 4 is pulled from the agenda and will return at a subsequent meeting. Item 2 pertains to adding the Bike, Pedestrian and Trails Committee and the Committee on Energy and Environment to the Conflict of Interest Code update. CONSENT CALENDAR Administrative Services 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of September 7, 2010 City Attorney 2. Adopted Resolution No. 10-405 adopting a Conflict of Interest Code and a revised list of Designed positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests Community Development 3. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator 4. Pulled from the agenda — Approve plans and specifications, review bids, and award construction contract to Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. in the amount of $2,083,000; approve Contract Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $307,827 with Carollo Engineers to provide construction support services, and approve consultant agreement with ENGEO Incorporated in the amount of $24,495 for specialty inspection services for the Sanitary Sewer Lift Station S -6 Replacement project, CIP No. 012027 5. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2011 approving the application of LBA Realty for a modification to an approved Planned Unit Development as filed under Case PUD- 80 -16 -M 6. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2012 amending the zoning for three sites in Hacienda Business Park and to remove Section 5 from Ordinance No. 1998 as filed under Case PRZ -57
