Pleasanton Gateway— Environmental Checklist <br /> described in the Initial Study and summarized in the attached Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> Implementation Program (MMIP). In the case of the Pleasanton Gateway Development, the <br /> mitigation measures and implementation mechanisms will mitigate the impacts of the entire <br /> proposal to a less- than - significant - impact or to a less- than - significant- impact - with - mitigation- <br /> incorporated, meaning that the proposal will not have a significant environmental impact. <br /> The Initial Study also identified some effects of the proposal project as no- impact. <br /> Mitigation Monitoring and Implementation Program (MMIP) <br /> The lead agency is required by California law (Public Resources Code Section 21081.6) to <br /> adopt a reporting or monitoring program to ensure that the mitigation measures are <br /> implemented. Monitoring provides for ongoing project oversight to ensure that project <br /> compliance is checked on a regular basis during (and, if necessary, continuing after) <br /> compliance. (CEQA Guidelines Section 150970). The MMIP for the Pleasanton Gateway <br /> development is attached <br /> II.
