A summary follows. <br /> • The commercial /retail section will include a Safeway grocery store, two buildings <br /> with drive - through lanes and windows to facilitate one bank, one restaurant/cafe, <br /> and one pharmacy. In addition to the grocery store, the project will include eight <br /> buildings that will accommodate a variety of commercial /retail uses. The total <br /> floor area will be 129,730 square feet -- 58,000 square feet for the supermarket, <br /> 14,008 square feet for the pharmacy, and 57,722 square feet for the remaining <br /> buildings. All loading /service areas will be screened from view by a combination <br /> of landscaping and screen walls. The building heights will vary from 19 feet to 38 <br /> feet. <br /> • The office section of the project will include seven office buildings with a total <br /> floor area of 588,782 square feet: four, 66 -foot tall buildings at 94,303 square <br /> feet per building and three, 66 -foot tall buildings at 70,523 square feet per <br /> building. The approved office development includes eight, 65 -foot tall buildings <br /> at 93,125 square feet per building. The building designs will follow the design <br /> style of the previous approval with minor modifications to incorporate updated <br /> building code requirements, and will be designed for the future installation of <br /> charging stations for electrical vehicles and for photovoltaic panels on the roof <br /> areas. <br /> Page 4 of 10 <br />
