The City Attorney and City Clerk have reviewed the City's <br /> Code and determined that amendments are necessary in order to add, delete, or <br /> reclassify the titles of various classifications. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the attached resolution amending the City's Conflict of Interest Code to add new <br /> created positions. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />
