Figure 5, below, is the proposed building perspective of the main entrance from the <br /> plaza area between Building E and Building F. <br /> � { re.; <br /> f 4 3 } ' I l <br /> 4 <br /> :.,„, <br /> t <br /> C <br /> I <br /> I <br /> Figure 5, Building F Perspective of the Main Entrance from the Plaza. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Planning Commission <br /> The Planning Commission discussion covered the following issues: <br /> • Storage Containers: <br /> The Planning Commission recommended staff revise Condition 32 to ensure that <br /> all storage containers are no taller than the height of the fence enclosing the <br /> service yard and that the visibility of any service yard equipment taller than the <br /> fence should be minimized to Franklin Drive. <br /> Staff concurs with the Planning Commission and revised Condition 32 of the draft <br /> ordinance to state: "All storage containers within the service yard enclosure shall <br /> be completely screened from view by the metal fence enclosing the yard. The <br /> maximum fence height may be 15 feet measured from the pavement surface, <br /> and shall be shown on the building permit plan set to the satisfaction of the <br /> Director of Community Development prior to issuance of a building permit.
