property for PUD -C (Planned Unit Development - Commercial), for the portion of the <br /> project site with the proposed Health Center, and PUD -HDR /C (Planned Unit <br /> Development -High Density Residential /Commercial) for the remainder of the senior <br /> continuing care community site, PUD -P (Planned Unit Development -Park) for the two <br /> park sites, and PUD -C (Planned Unit Development - Commercial) for the auto mall site <br /> and the commercial site. <br /> A site of approximately 1.5 acres already within the City of Pleasanton is zoned PUD - <br /> MDR (Planned Unit Development- Medium Density Residential), PUD -C (Planned Unit <br /> Development - Commercial), and PUD -HDR /C (Planned Unit Development -High Density <br /> Residential /Commercial). <br /> Annexation Procedures <br /> At this meeting staff is recommending the City Council adopt a resolution formally <br /> initiating the reorganization with LAFCo. If approved, the reorganization /annexation <br /> application will be submitted to LAFCo no later than November 11, 2010, for review. <br /> Once LAFCo staff is satisfied that all requirements have been completed, the matter will <br /> be scheduled for a public hearing for action by the LAFCo Commission. At that hearing, <br /> LAFCo will review the staff report and factors related to the reorganization, testimony of <br /> the public agencies and general public, service plan, and CEQA documents. LAFCo <br /> may approve the reorganization as submitted or with revisions or conditions; it may also <br /> decide not to approve the reorganization. The reorganization /annexation becomes <br /> effective when it is formally recorded with Alameda County.
