(Alternate "B") <br /> <br /> (3) Alternate layout, approved by the City Engineer, which <br /> sat. isfies the required objectives. <br /> <br /> Suggest6d layouts for items 7a, 7b, and 7c, may be reviewed <br /> at the office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />8. That the developer dedicate to the City for street <br /> right-of-~ay purposes, an 8 ft. wide public service easement <br /> parallel with and contiguous to the Ray Street property line. <br /> <br />9. That the developer reconstruct the street frontage <br /> improvements on Ray Street to provide for 20 ft. of pavement <br /> from the Ray Street centerline to the face of curb, a 5 ft. <br /> sidewalk from face of curb to the existing property line, and <br /> transitions as required. <br /> <br />10. That the developer comply with all applicable requirements of <br /> City Ordinance No. 1152 (Preservation of Trees on Private <br /> Property) including submittal of a tree survey of the subject <br /> development site. <br /> <br />11. That this project is subject to all Standard Conditions of <br /> Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference except conditions 29, 31, 33, 35, 36, 46, 49, 50, <br /> 51 and 54. <br /> <br /> <br />
