The development site is Parcels 19,21, and 22 of the Vineyard <br />A venue Corridor Specific Plan located at 1889 Vineyard Avenue and two lots easterly of <br />it (APN 946-1350-008-09 and APN 950-0006-003-01). Zoning for the properties is PUD- <br />MDRI OSNineyard (Planned Unit Development - Medium Density Residential/Open <br />SpaceNineyard) District. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts excused herself from this item, noting a conflict of interest due to the <br />proximity of her property to this development <br /> <br />Mr. Swift advised that the staff report addresses two items. He stated that he would like the <br />Commission to separate these items and hear the Specific Plan modification first. He noted that <br />Commissioner Kameny has a conflict of interest on the Specific Plan modification, but not on the <br />PUD Development Plan. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny stated that he would be abstaining from the discussion of the Specific <br />Plan amendment. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report, providing an overview of the proposed modification.
