The 18 panel antennas would be attached to the tree pole. Zoning for this property is Planned Unit Development-General and Limited Industrial District. I"'- Mr. Pavan presented the staff report, providing background and a description of the proposal. He noted that to help ensure that the plans submitted to the Building Department meet the intent of the conditions of approval, staff has conditioned this application requiring that revised plans and photo simulations be submitted to the Planning Commission for final review prior to the issuance of a building permit. In response to a question from Commissioner Maas, Mr. Pavan advised that the antenna needs to be 50 feet in height. Discussion ensued regarding the proposed landscaping to screen the antenna. PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED COMMENTS FROM THE APPLICANT Kai Herman, represented Sprint PCS. He noted that during the last seven months they have been working with staff to achieve a look and design that is aesthetically pleasing and meets all of the requirements.
