She also noted that the construction hours <br />prohibit work on Saturdays. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Maas stated that she agrees with the comments of her fellow commissioners. <br />She requested that she would like the landscaping planted as soon as possible to allow it to begin <br />growing. She stated that she recognizes grading and irrigation must be done first, but she would <br />like the landscaping installation to be a priority. She asked if there might be a compromise with <br />the neighbors to increase the setback from Sunol. Commissioner Arkin stated that he feels this <br />type of architecture looks good close to the street. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny stated that he would like to see the applicant work with staff to eliminate <br />the retaining wall. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts made a motion recommending that the proposed PUD development <br />plan is consistent with the General Plan, the North Sycamore Specific Plan, and purposes <br />of the PUD ordinance; and recommending approval of Case PUD-04 to the City Council <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," with the following modifications: <br /> <br />. Condition #29 shall be amended to include P.G.&E. approval; <br />. A new condition shall be added stating that the applicant will prepare a plan to be <br />submitted for City Council review for the installation of photovoltaic panels on the <br />roof; <br />r' . Condition #40 shall be amended to add the wording "by the developer." <br />. A new condition shall be added requiring a designated smoking area, perhaps with <br />benches, and preferably away from the neighbors. <br />. Conditions #l1.a. and #l1.b. shall be deleted. <br />. Condition #22 shall be deleted. <br />.
