<br />Ms. Seto clarified that this action makes the finding that the sale of the property is in <br />/"- conformance with the General Plan, and the Planning Commission is making a request of the <br />City Council, that the Council could choose to honor or choose not to honor, that any action with <br />regard to disposition of this property would wait until the review and adoption of the Downtown <br />Specific Plan. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Kameny, Maas, and Roberts <br />Commissioner Arkin <br />Commissioner Sullivan <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-2001-04 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin stated that he voted no because he would like to see the opportunity to <br />incorporate that area as an extension to the Downtown and that he does not want to see the City <br />give up any surplus land that may make this possible. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts reported that a preferred environmental route for the P.G.&.E. <br />transmission line has been designated up Vineyard from Isabel, underground, along old Vineyard <br />A venue. She noted this the affects the trail and landscaping. She noted that comments on the <br />EIR are due on February 20. She stated that this should be addressed in current and future <br />Vineyard Corridor projects. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br /> <br />a. Future Planning Calendar <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Maas requested that staff explore the possibility of rescheduling the <br />February 14 meeting, so as not to conflict with Valentine's Day. The Commission agreed <br />with this request. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />No action was taken. <br /> <br />c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />No action was taken. <br /> <br />9.
