ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Phil <br />Grubstick, Assistant Director of Public Works; and <br />Katherine Ferreira, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />r-- <br />, <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Brian Arkin, Harvey Kameny, Trish Maas, <br />Mary Roberts, and Matt Sullivan <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - December 13,2000 <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts amended page 6 of the minutes, first paragraph, second sentence, to read <br />as follows: "She noted that because the vineyard estate parcel was to be presented at a later <br />time and as a separate PUD, she was unable to make the finding provided in the previous staff <br />report that the project is consistent with the Vineyard Specific Plan." <br /> <br />The minutes of the December 13, 2000 meeting were approved as revised. <br /> <br />3.
