Drainage under a canopy shall drain toward the center. <br /> The drain shall connect to the sanitary sewer and shall have an oil /sand <br /> filter or other measure as approved by the City Engineer. Fuel dispensing <br /> areas shall be located on concrete surfaces which extend at least eight feet <br /> (8'0 ") from the face of the fuel dispenser and at least four feet (4'0 ") from the <br /> nose of the pump island. The surface must be graded and constructed to <br /> prevent drainage flow across the fueling areas. The fuel dispensing area <br /> shall be dry swept routinely, and dispensing equipment shall be inspected <br /> routinely for proper functioning and leak prevention. The facility shall have a <br /> spill clean up plan approved by the Fire Department. <br /> 12. Noise. <br /> a. The roll up doors may remain open during operation. However, if the <br /> service areas do not adhere to the noise requirements of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code, the Director of Community Development may require the <br /> roll up doors to be closed, or may require the property owner to implement <br /> other noise attenuation measures to reduce noise levels such that the <br /> project adheres to the noise requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code. <br /> If a service area is air conditioned, the roll up doors in the service area shall <br /> remain closed, as described in the Transit System Management program in <br /> Exhibit B. <br /> b. There shall be no parking lot sweeping or leaf blowing between the hours of <br /> 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. <br /> c. If an emergency standby electricity generator is proposed, the noise level <br /> from the generator shall not exceed 60 dBA (Lmax) at any habitable <br /> structure. The project developer shall submit a noise study to the Director <br /> of Community Development verifying that the generator adheres to this <br /> requirement prior to the issuance of a building permit for the generator. <br /> 13. Grading. The fill above the existing ground elevation shall not exceed six feet <br /> within a 7 foot horizontal distance from the centerline of Zone 7's existing 36 -inch <br /> cross valley water transmission fine. Grading in Zone 7's easement shall be <br /> subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer, prior to the issuance of a <br /> grading permit. Verification of submission of the plans to Zone 7 shall be <br /> submitted to the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> 14. Utilities and Storm Drainage. <br /> a.
