(a) To deliver the Rink Site free of debris to Licensee ten (10) days prior to opening day of each year during the Lease Term; (b) To coordinate with Licensee on extending utilities to the Rink Site at Licensor's sole cost and expense, which shall include, electricity (approximately 600 amp service), water, voice /data line, as well as usage and garbage services; (c) To provide fret parking for customers on city owned or managed parking lots during each Rink Operational Period during the Term of this Agreement; (d) To provide City of Pleasanton police services as needed during the Rink Operational Flours during the Tenn of this Agreement and provide security guards to protect the Rink Site seven days a week during non - operational hours during the Site Occupancy Dates each year during the Term of this Agreement; (e) To provide Licensee free storage of all equipment, including mechanical and boards (hut excluding the zamboni), pertaining to the I loliday Rink during the periods of each year during the Term of this Agreement that the Holiday Rink is not in operation at one of the City's storage yards in Pleasanton; (t) Not to negotiate or contract with any other outdoor ice rink vendor, for a similar 1 loliday Outdoor Rink in Pleasanton or any surrounding County of Alameda surplus properties during the Term of this Agreement; (g) To provide Licensee with any and all necessary permits and or licenses necessary to operate the Rink during the Term of Agreement at Licensor's sole cost and expense; and (h) To provide Licensee the following marketing support during each year of the Term of this Agreement: (I) To provide naves from Licensor's data base for Park and Community Services users, school databases and downtown merchants, as the same are legally available: (2) 'l o make available the Pleasanton Economic Development Director, Parks and Community Services Director and staff to actively assist as an outreach coordinator to Licensee to promote the Holiday Rink to the public, including providing part -time staff assistance to elicit and promote group sales efforts, including 01111111C1 30 interviews with City elected and staff officials and City Economic news releases from the City of Pleasanton Economic Development and Parks and Community Services departments: (3) To assist Licensee in promoting the Holiday Rink on Licensor owned and operated wcbsites, newsletters, and or any other marketing materials; (4) To purchase a sponsorship package from Licensee for three (3) years. at a cost of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) per year of the License Term, which shall include the City of Pleasanton being advertised in a prominent manner relative to the 1loliday Rink on all advertising and promotional materials Licensor shall receive from 3
