EXHIBIT "2" <br />SPECIAL EVENTS <br />HOLIDAY ICE RINK <br />Notwithstanding the Hours of Operation set forth in Section 7 of the License Agreement, Licensee shall <br />he permitted to offer private Rink Rental opportunities for exclusive use of the Rink on Sunday, Monday <br />and Wednesday evenings from 8:OOpm- 10:00pm PST, as well as for one hour prior to opening on <br />Saturday morning (9:O0am PST) and Sunday morning (10:00ani PST) for a fee to he set by Licensee. The <br />fee includes exclusive use of the ice surface during such hourly rental and skate rental up to a maximum <br />of one hundred twenty (120) participants. <br />
