BACKGROUND <br />The primary objective is to create a Firehouse Arts Center website and related collateral <br />materials that support the marketing efforts of the Firehouse Arts Center, and reinforce <br />the Center's brand, i.e. a facility that offers experiences of high quality, sophistication <br />within an intimate setting and evoke passion for the arts. <br />Conscious Creative is charged with the development of a visual and content style for <br />the website that will convey the brand (Firehouse Arts Center), logo, and tagline (Setting <br />the Arts on Fire) and, with equal effectiveness; and a variety of marketing materials that <br />include: <br />• Electronic Marketing: e- newsletters, announcements and social media <br />(Facebook, Twitter, etc.). <br />• Print Materials: Program Brochures, Flyers, Posters, and Banners. <br />The consultant is also responsible for the creation of a user - friendly, seamless interface <br />between the Firehouse Arts Center and the new on -line ticket provider, Seat Advisor. <br />The project has been divided into two (2) phases, each with its own specific scope of <br />work. Phase 1 encompasses the conceptual and schematic design of the website. <br />Phase 2 involves the development and implementation of the website, and design and <br />content services for related collateral marketing materials. <br />DISCUSSION <br />A Request for Proposal (RFP) was made available publically. Three (3) proposals were <br />submitted to the City for consideration. <br />• Tri- Valley Internet and Ogden Costa Creative Group, Pleasanton <br />• ICV Digital Media, Pleasanton <br />• Conscious Creative, Berkeley <br />Agency representatives were interviewed resulting in the selection by staff of Conscious <br />Creative.
