THE CITY OF <br />pLEASANTONC <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />September 21, 2010 <br />Parks and Community Services <br />TITLE: RATIFICATION OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENTS WITH CONSCIOUS <br />CREATIVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $68,725 FOR THE DESIGN, <br />DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEBSITE TO <br />SUPPORT THE FIREHOUSE ARTS CENTER; AND DESIGN AND <br />CONTENT SERVICES FOR RELATED COLLATERAL MARKETING <br />MATERIALS <br />SUMMARY <br />Conscious Creative, has been selected to prepare the conceptual and schematic design <br />for a state -of- the -art website that will support the marketing efforts and ticket sales for <br />the Firehouse Arts Center. In addition, they have been retained for the development <br />and implementation of the website, and design and content services for related <br />collateral marketing materials. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Ratify the service agreements with Conscious Creative to provide design, development <br />and implementation of a website to support the Firehouse Arts Center; and design and <br />content services for related collateral marketing materials. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The total cost for the two (2) service agreements is $68,725. The cost for the initial <br />agreement for website conceptual and schematic design is not -to- exceed $19,975. The <br />subsequent agreement for website development and implementation and for related <br />design, content services, and collateral print materials is not -to- exceed $48,750. <br />Funding for this project is available and budgeted in the Operating Budget for FY2010- <br />2011. <br />10 <br />
