Proposal • City of Pleasanton Housing Element Update <br /> Part 3 <br /> Project Management <br /> and Budget <br /> Project Management <br /> All of the work outlined in this proposal would be undertaken by Jeffery Baird, <br /> AICP, Principal, Baird + Driskell Community Planning, and Joshua Abrams, <br /> AICP, Associate. David Driskell, AICP, also a Principal with Baird + Driskell <br /> Community Planning, could be available as needed for technical assistance and <br /> editing. At this point, the budget is allocated only for Jeffery Baird and Joshua <br /> Abrams. <br /> Budgeting Approach <br /> The specific schedule for the work tasks will be determined in coordination <br /> with City Staff consistent with the City's needs, as refined through the <br /> process. Task costs are itemized below for the work. For budgeting purposes, <br /> Mr. Baird's hourly rate is $140 /hour and Mr. Abram's hourly rate is $100/ <br /> hour. The budget covers direct costs such as mileage and incidental copying, <br /> although it does not cover more significant costs for copying or other <br /> significant "outside" costs which may be incurred. Any significant outside <br /> costs would require prior approval by the City. Below is a breakdown of costs <br /> for additional meetings. <br /> Meeting Time for Jeffery Baird @ $140 /hour <br /> 8.0 Hours including preparation time <br /> Total Cost/Meeting = $1,120 <br /> Work Products <br /> All work products will be provided as copy -ready hard copies and in electronic <br /> format. The Housing Element will be prepared in a format and using software <br /> approved by the City. <br /> Part 4 — Project Management and Budget 15 <br />
