The monitoring events are <br /> intended to satisfy the requirements of the Plans of Control prepared by ENGEO: <br /> 1. Laurel Creek Estates Plan of Control, Laurel Creek Estates, Pleasanton, California; <br /> October 22, 1997; Project No. 4291 -W2. <br /> 2. Amendment 1 to the Laurel Creek Estates GRAD Plan of Control, Oak Hill Estates <br /> (PUD- 98 -08) Annexation into the Laurel Creek Geologic Hazards Abatement District (GHAD); <br /> July 10, 2000; Project No. 4291.5.050.01. <br /> 3. Amendment 2 to the Laurel Creek Estates GHAD Plan of Control, Kolb Ranch Estates <br /> Annexation into the Laurel Creek Estates Geologic Hazards Abatement District (GHAD); <br /> November 16, 2004; Project No. 6230.1.001.01. <br /> For Laurel Creek Estates GHAD, we propose to continue performing site reconnaissance twice a <br /> year. Prior to each monitoring event, areas of particular concern documented in previous reports and <br /> in the Plan of Control will be identified for incorporation into the site inspection schedule.
