( <br /> <br /> on an annual basis together with its submittal of the <br /> City business license tax, or, for employers not subject <br /> to the business license tax, annually by June 30, such <br /> survey information as required by the Pleasanton Coordin- <br /> ator in order to establish commute pattern data and to <br /> provide car pool and van pool matching information. <br /> Such survey information shall include but not be <br /> limited [:o, ' <br /> <br /> (1) the number of employees; <br /> <br /> (2) the city and zip code of each employee's residence; <br /> (3) the commute mode of each employee; <br /> <br /> (4) the maximum number of employees on each shift; and <br /> <br /> (5) t:he typical time at which each employee arrives <br /> and leaves the workplace. <br /> <br /> (b) Employers of Ten (10) or more Employees Not Located <br /> l~K"ComPl~-e~- TSM Information Program. In addition <br /> to '~i'rlYng the survey report requirements, every <br /> employer of ten (10) or more employees on a single <br /> shift not located in a complex shall design, implement, <br /> and provide the Pleasanton Coordinator with a TSM <br /> Information Program incoroorating posting and dis- <br /> semination of informational materials pertaining to <br /> transit, ridesharing and non--vehicular commute modes. <br /> <br /> (1) Every such existing employer shall submit and <br /> implement the TSM Information Program within two <br /> (2) months following the effective date of this <br /> ordinance. Every future employer shall submit and <br /> implement its TSM Information Program within two <br /> (2) months following issuance to such employer of <br /> a Zoning Certificate, if required or, otherwise, <br /> within two (2) months following the date the <br /> employer opens for business. <br /> <br /> (2) The informational materials to be posted and/or <br /> disseminated shall be provided by the Pleasanton <br /> Coordi~ator, Task Force Coordinator, and/or the <br /> empj_oyer. Updated information relating to transit, <br /> ridesharing, and non-vehicular commute modes shall <br /> be disseminated to .all employees at the time such <br /> information is provided to the employer and to <br /> all ne~.~ employees when hired.
