-, ~ AUG ,2 0 1984 <br /> · I' <br /> <br /> (d) Provide direct support: to those employers not within <br /> a complex; <br /> <br /> (e) Review and evaluate the employers' and complexes' TSM <br /> Programs, employers ' TSM Information Programs, and <br /> emplr-~ycrs ' survey reports; <br /> <br /> (f) Participate in and coordinate with any regional TSM <br /> actjvitie,,~, including Caltrans (RIDES) and Metropolitan <br /> Transportation Commission programs; <br /> <br /> (g) Review compliance with this ordinance pursuant to <br /> Section IX, and, if found necessary, recommend implement- <br /> ation of the requirements of Section X to the City <br /> Counci 1; <br /> <br /> (h) Pursuant to Section X, refer TSM programs found inadequate <br /> to the TSM Task Force for review. <br /> § VII. ANNUAL REPORT. <br /> <br /> Every employer and c.omplex required to have a TSM Program <br /> shall submit to the Pleasanton Coordinator an annual report <br /> describing (i) its TSM Program and its results during the reporting <br /> period and (ii) the TSM Program it intends to implement in the <br /> ensuing year. <br /> <br /> (a) Time and Period of Submittal. Every employer required <br /> to ~]~.~i~%t an annual report who is doing business i~ <br /> the City on June 30 of any year shall submit Said <br /> ~:eport by August 1 of that year. The annual report <br /> shall cover the immediately preceding July 1-June 30 <br /> period, or, that portion of the period the employer was <br /> in business. <br /> <br /> (b) Contents. The annual report shall contain sufficient <br /> information to allow the Pleasanton Coordinator to <br /> evaluate the extent and results of the TSM Program. <br /> The annual report shall contain information as required <br /> by the Pleas~nton Coordinator, which may include, but <br /> not be ].imited to, the following: <br /> <br /> (1) A description of the measures taken to comply with <br /> this ordinance; <br /> <br /> (2) The marketing measures undertaken by the employer <br /> to pro~note TSbl, including, but not limited to, <br /> newslet~:er articles, transportation fairs, new <br /> cn~ployee TSM or-lenr_ation, meetings with zip code <br /> groups, TSM presentations at staff meetings, <br /> distribution of car pool and van pool applications, <br /> TSM incentive programs, and TSM information booths <br /> at the workplace. <br /> <br /> <br />
