Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached agreement. <br />13 <br />August 17, 2010 <br />Parks and Community Services <br />TITLE: APPROVAL OF A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH BARBARA <br />LEWIS, ATTENTION BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS, IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $25,000, TO PROVIDE ONGOING PUBLICITY AND MARKETING <br />SERVICES FOR THE FIREHOUSE ARTS CENTER <br />SUMMARY <br />Staff is recommending the firm of Attention Business Communications, Barbara Lewis, <br />Principal, for the ongoing provision of publicity and marketing services to promote <br />programming at the Firehouse Arts Center. The proposed contract cost for all related <br />services is not -to- exceed $25,000. <br />1. Approve a Professional Services Contract with Barbara Lewis, Attention <br />Business Communications to provide publicity and marketing services for <br />the Firehouse Arts Center. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The cost for this proposed work is for the not -to- exceed amount of $25,000. Funding for <br />this project is available and budgeted in the FY2010 -2011 Operating Budget. <br />
