Budget <br /> A summary of the project budget is presented in Attachment 1. To date a total of <br /> $7,508,389 has been approved for this project including the current construction project <br /> as well as previously completed improvements as detailed in this staff report. The <br /> current construction project cost is $4,417,848, which includes $83,783 (2.1% of the <br /> construction contract) in change orders. The contract change orders were a result of an <br /> increase in contract quantities and additional work performed by the contractor.
