No accessory structure exceeding ten (10) <br /> feet in height shall be constructed or erected <br /> until the site plan and elevations, as required <br /> in Section 2-10.07(a) and (d) have been <br /> approved by the Zoning Administrator." <br />Section 4: Section 2-10.08, Article 19, Chapter 2, Title II <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is <br /> amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> §2-10.08 Actions by Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br /> a. Referral to Board of Design Review. The <br /> Zoning Administrator shall check ~11 <br /> drawings submitted for review by the <br /> Design Review Board. If he finds that <br /> the plans meet the requirements of all <br /> other articles of this chapter, he shall <br /> submit the drawings to the Board of <br /> Design Review. If the Zoning Administrator <br /> determines that a zoning certificate <br /> could not be issued without granting of <br /> a use permit, the granting of a variance, <br /> or the enactment of an amendment to this <br /> chapter, he shall inform the applicant <br /> and shall not submit the drawings to the <br /> Board. <br /> <br /> b. Action by Zoning Administrator on Certain <br /> Accessory Structures. <br /> <br /> (1) The Zoning Administrator shall <br /> check the site plan and architectural <br /> drawings or sketches showing building <br /> elevations for compliance with the <br /> requirements of this chapter. <br /> <br /> (2) If compliance with the requirements <br /> of this chapter is found, the <br /> Zoning Administrator shall send <br /> notice of the application to the <br /> property owners of the immediately <br /> adjacent properties. If, within <br /> seven (7) days of mailing said <br /> notice, the Zoning Administrator <br /> receives a request for a hearing, <br /> he shall schedule an administrative <br /> hearing within seven (7) days. <br /> <br /> <br />
