Chapter 5.32 <br />ENFORCEMENT' <br />Section: <br />5.32.010 Violation — Penalty. <br />5.32.010 Violation — Penalty. <br />Any person convicted of violating any of the pro- <br />visions of this title, including, but not limited to, know- <br />ingly or intentionally misrepresenting to any officer or <br />employee of the city any material fact in procuring the <br />license or permit provided for, shall be guilty of a mis- <br />demeanor and subject to the general penalty provided <br />for by Section 1.12.010.
