4.03 Technology. <br /> 4.03.1 Computer Network. CITY shall procure and maintain telephones, wiring, <br /> computers, software and all equipment necessary and appropriate to operate a computer <br /> network that will implement an automated starter, point -of -sale and other systems that will <br /> enable OPERATOR to provide CITY with attendance, sales and accounting records and satisfy <br /> CITY's requirements for internal controls. <br /> 4.03.2 Scoring Terminals. OPERATOR shall procure equipment and implement the <br /> CourseCo Score Tracker utility for gathering, analyzing and graphically tracking the golf <br /> performance of any golfers at the Golf Course if available. A NCGA terminal shall be <br /> provided in a convenient location at the Clubhouse. <br /> 4.04 Valet Parking. Unless approved by the Director, OPERATOR shall not implement a <br /> valet parking program. If such a valet parking program is required, any costs related to the <br /> implementation of the program shall be a Direct Cost. <br /> 4.05 Food and Beverage Services. OPERATOR shall have the exclusive right and <br /> obligation to provide food and beverage services at the Golf Course. The food and beverage <br /> service shall include operation of a full service bar, indoor dining facility, and at least one <br /> mobile cart providing food and beverages on the Golf Course during weekends and holidays <br /> (collectively, "Food Service Facilities OPERATOR shall include catering and banquet <br /> services on an as- needed basis to support tournaments and events. Director shall also have the <br /> right to permit operation of an outdoor grill or other type of outdoor food service. <br /> 4.05.1 Hours of Operation. OPERATOR shall keep the Food Service Facilities open <br /> for business during the hours set forth in the Golf Course Manual. <br /> 4.05.2 Management and Other Food Service Staff. OPERATOR shall hire a <br /> professional manager "Food Service Manager to manage and conduct day -to -day operations <br /> at the Food Service Facilities. OPERATOR shall also hire other food service personnel in <br /> numbers sufficient to satisfy customer demands for food service. The Manager, or his or her <br /> designee, shall be present on the Premises during all times the Food Service Facilities are open <br /> for business. <br /> 4.05.3 Health Certificates. OPERATOR shall file and maintain with CITY current <br /> certificates for the Manager, the management staff, if any, and all other workers at the Food <br /> Service Facilities, certifying that each has been examined and has been found to be free of <br /> communicable disease within the first twelve (12) calendar months. The certificate must (i) be <br /> signed by an examining physician or surgeon who is licensed under Chapter 5 (commencing <br /> with Section 2000) of the California Business and Professions Code, or (ii) be a notice from a <br /> public health agency in the State of California. <br /> 4.05.4 Licenses. OPERATOR shall obtain and maintain for the term of this Agreement <br /> any and all permits and licenses required by any federal, state or local governmental agency in <br /> 13 <br />
