Exhibit "A" <br />Scope of Work <br />Bellecci Associates, Inc. shall provide survey and associated computer -aided <br />drafting services including but not limited to the following: <br />1. Conduct ground topographic surveys and prepare AutoCad (version 2005 or <br />later) base maps and plans for design of street and underground utility <br />projects. <br />2. Set Ground Control for aerial photography. <br />3. Prepare grant deed and easement plat maps and descriptions. <br />4. Research property ownership and land rights issues and survey <br />property and easements boundaries. <br />5. Set construction stakes with horizontal and vertical controls and re- <br />establish monuments destroyed by construction activities. <br />6. Act as the "City Surveyor" to review parcel maps, final maps, and other <br />documents as necessary for compliance with the California Subdivision <br />Map Act, including signing these maps and other documents as being <br />"technically correct." <br />7. Prepare record of survey and corner records in conformance with the <br />Land Surveyor's Act. <br />
