Several <br /> other attachments are provided for your general reference. Attachment 6 provides a <br /> broader history of grant funding by the City of Pleasanton for the past three years <br /> (including CDBG, HOME, LIHF, and the former City Grant). Attachment 7 includes the <br /> latest income limits by affordability level for the Alameda Contra Costa area. <br /> Attachment 8 is a copy of the Annual Community Assessment Report by HUD <br /> evaluating the City's use of federal CDBG funds in FY 2008. <br /> The applications received are categorized by type (and requested funding amount) as <br /> shown below: <br /> Category Requested <br /> Capital Rehab $290,487 <br /> Public Services $337,717 <br /> Housing Services $118,232 <br /> Other (includes HOME) $365,211 <br /> Total: $1,111,647 <br /> The Human Services Commission reviewed the allocation of the "Capital Rehab" and <br /> "Public Services" categories at its meeting of March 3 (the minutes from the meeting are <br /> included as Attachment 2). The Housing Commission reviewed the use of federal <br /> HOME funds and City Lower Income Housing Funds at its March 18 meeting (the <br /> minutes from the meeting are included as Attachment 3). <br /> Staff's analysis of the HHSG applications that were received is summarized in the <br /> following section.
