THE CITY OF 8 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT 8 <br /> pLEASANTON. <br /> May 18, 2010 <br /> Finance Department <br /> TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE MID -YEAR 2009 -10 CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) UPDATE AND AMENDING THE 2009 -10 <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET <br /> SUMMARY <br /> This report is an update to the adopted FY 2009 -10 through 2012 -13 Capital <br /> Improvement Program (CIP) adopted in June 2009 and makes recommended <br /> adjustments to the CIP Budget based upon a review of current financial conditions, <br /> project needs and priorities. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt resolution approving budget adjustments to the FY 2009 -10 Capital Improvement <br /> Program. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The recommended adjustments to various funds in the Streets CIP, Parks CIP, <br /> Miscellaneous CIP, Water CIP and Sewer CIP are outlined in Appendix A. The <br /> discussion section of this report will also summarize the adjustments being <br /> recommended. <br />
