Mr. Bocian advised that this project met its affordable housing obligation many years ago <br /> when it was initially developed, and staff is comfortable that the proposed addition will <br /> address market needs. <br /> Commissioner Stark commended CRIL representatives on the work of their organization <br /> and noted the limitations faced by the Housing Commission and the City of Pleasanton in <br /> reviewing this project. <br /> Commissioner Mermelstein questioned whether the City could apply for any Federal or <br /> State funding that would benefit projects for the low income disabled. <br /> Commissioner Harris discussed the fact that Braddock and Logan had brought this <br /> project to the Housing Commission over a year ago and had since taken action to address <br /> the specific concerns that were expressed by City Council during its subsequent review. <br /> Page 3 <br />
