Efficiency and Effectiveness <br /> The Pleasanton Paratransit Service Door -to -Door Year End Report summarizes <br /> accomplishments for the year. Some of the highlights for FY 2008 -09 include: <br /> 16,578 vehicle trips completed <br /> 63,465 revenue vehicle miles traveled <br /> 6,229 revenue vehicle hours accomplished <br /> 5,174 lift assisted trips completed <br /> 95% rating for on -time service <br /> 55% of all riders were 80+ plus years of age <br /> The City of Pleasanton hired Caporicci and Larson to complete an audit of the <br /> Pleasanton Paratransit Service for FY 2008 -09. This audit found no problems with <br /> the financial management of the service. <br /> 4. Description of Capital Program <br /> Not applicable. <br /> 5. Applicant's Financial and Management Information Data <br /> Punch card sales and redemption procedures are as follows: <br /> Pleasanton residents are sold a punch card valued at $30.00 for use as needed. <br /> Residents from Sunol and the unincorporated areas of Pleasanton pay $35.00 for <br /> their punch card. Drivers punch the client's card according to the destination. <br />
