ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: None <br /> 3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Charlie Dixson encouraged Council to support the courts decision and meet the housing <br /> needs. <br /> Alex Townsends encouraged Council not to challenge the courts action. <br /> 4. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br /> CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL EXISTING LITIGATION pursuant to <br /> Government Code §54956.9(a): <br /> Urban Habitat et al. v.
