Mayor Hosterman said there is a large body of information which has been available to the <br /> public for some time and did not support the request. <br /> Councilmember Cook Kallio did not believe the information requested would have any impact <br /> on a third party, therefore did not support the request. <br /> Vice -Mayor Thorne concurred, citing lack of relevance as well as other reasons to be discussed <br /> later. <br /> MOTION: It was ms/ by Sullivan /McGovern to continue Item 11 to March 2, 2010. (dba 3DiWest) for aerial orthophotography services in the amount not <br /> to exceed $191,322; and a Memorandum of Agreement with the Cities of Livermore and <br /> Dublin to jointly acquire and share in the cost of digital aerial othoimagery for their region <br /> City Attorney <br /> 3. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a Use of Non potable Water and <br /> License Agreement with Roger and Jane Manning for landscape maintenance for property <br /> located at 5295 Clubhouse Drive, adjacent to the Golf Course <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> 5.
