Sales Marketing <br /> The budget for the Sales Marketing program is $1,079,200, which represents 71% of the total <br /> District budget. <br /> Administration Operations <br /> The budget for Administration Operations is $334,400, which represents 22% of the total <br /> District budget. <br /> Administrative Fee to the City of Pleasanton <br /> The City of Pleasanton will charge an administrative fee to collect assessments from each of the <br /> five cities and distribute the funds to TVCVB. The budget for this administrative fee is $15,200 <br /> which represents 1% of the total District budget. This fee may be reduced in following years. If <br /> costs are reduced the remaining funds will be put back into the District. <br /> BID Collection Fee to the Cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville <br /> The Cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville will charge a BID <br /> collection fee to collect assessments from qualifying lodging businesses located within each of <br /> their cities. The combined budget for this BID collection fee is $15,200 which represents 1% of <br /> the total District budget. Each city's portion of this BID collection fee will be prorated based on <br /> the percentage of total assessment paid in each city. This fee may be reduced in following years. <br /> If costs are reduced the remaining funds will be put back into the District. <br /> Contingency Renewal <br /> The budget for contingencies and renewal of the district is $76,000, which represents 5% of the <br /> annual budget.
