THE CITY OF 5 <br /> 1 O1 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> se is pL£ASANTON. <br /> April 20, 2010 <br /> Community Development <br /> Engineering Division <br /> TITLE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 7890 <br /> (HATSUSHI ESTATES, PHASE I) <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Tract 7890, which is Phase I of the Hatsushi Estates development, is now constructed <br /> and includes lots one through five, the public cul -de -sac serving these lots (Hatsushi <br /> Terrace), an EVA road from the cul -de -sac to Montevino Drive, and an open space <br /> parcel with a bio- detention pond. Phase Two will include the extension of the Hatsushi <br /> Terrace to Vineyard Avenue and an additional cul -de -sac serving the remaining eight <br /> lots. The property is located on the south side of Vineyard Avenue between Montevino <br /> Drive and Clara Lane. All project work has been completed and public improvements <br /> are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept for normal maintenance the public Improvements for Tract 7890, Hatsushi <br /> Estates, Phase I. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a slight increase in annual maintenance costs due to the additional water, <br /> sewer, storm drain, and roadway facilities. <br />
