Box 520 Pleasanton, CA 94566 -0802 Proposal for CO No. 1 for Project No. 995067: Years 2 -5 Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Service and Extra Service Provided during Construction Year 1 Monitoring, Bernal Bridge at Arroyo del Valle and Mission Creek, Pleasanton Dear Huy: Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposal for a change order to our existing contract for mitigation monitoring and reporting service for the Bernal Bridge at Arroyo del Valle and Mission Creek sites for years 2 -5. This request for a change order also covers extra service provided during construction of the Bernal Bridge project and year 1 of mitigation monitoring that exceeded the limit of our existing contract. The Mission Creek site was constructed in 2008, and the mitigation plantings were completed by early 2009 at both Mission Creek and Bernal Bridge. Year 1 monitoring was completed in 2009, and the first year report was submitted to the resource agencies on January 26, 2010. This proposal covers the services detailed below. Services Extra services provided during construction and year 1 mitigation monitoring that exceeded the scope and budget of our existing contract. Years 2 -5 (2010 through 2013) of post construction mitigation monitoring and reporting and a wetland delineation at Mission Creek wetland in year five. Meetings with agency staff in 2014 for acceptance of the mitigation obligations as complete, and confirmation of excess mitigation at Mission Creek as available for a future City of Pleasanton project.
