CUSI will configure, develop and deliver 1 service order format to the system test <br /> environment <br /> CITY Responsibilities <br /> CITY will define the business requirements and a mock up or example of the bill format, the <br /> late notice, the disconnect notice and service order format. <br /> CITY will test the each document and provide acceptance of delivered code based upon test <br /> criteria. <br /> Phase 5: Training and Testing <br /> Product Training <br /> CUSI Responsibilities: <br /> CUSI to provide onsite Product and DBA Training for 12 licensed users. <br /> CITY Responsibilities: <br /> CITY will be responsible for the coordination and availability for participants in scheduled <br /> training. <br /> All personnel to be trained on the product are to be proficient personal computer users <br /> including the use of browsers. It will be the responsibility of CITY to train any users that do <br /> not have this level of competency prior to CUSI training. <br /> CITY will make available to its users specific times during their workday to conduct user <br /> refresher training in the training facility that will require staff practice skills upon completion of <br /> training. <br /> Product Testing <br /> Testing will begin in this the Training Phase and will continue through mock go -live. The following areas <br /> will be tested: <br /> Functional any and all functional components of the system <br /> Data integrity /conversion all data converted from legacy system to UMS.net <br /> Integration all interfaces <br /> Reporting testing all required reports developed to date <br /> CUSI Responsibilities: <br /> CUSI will assume responsibility for balancing receivables and deposits based upon valid <br /> reports delivered by CITY post conversion. <br /> CUSI will assume responsibility for conducting a product integration test to insure the <br /> delivered product modifications and product interfaces work to specification. <br /> CUSI in conjunction with CITY will test overall system performance <br /> CITY Responsibilities: <br /> CITY will assume overall responsibility for the completion of all functional and data integrity <br /> testing activities and CUSI will support CITY in these activities. <br /> Phase 6: Deployment <br /> Mock Go- Live /Parallel <br /> CUSI will work with CITY to develop a Mock go -live plan in which CITY will participate. <br /> Page 4 <br />
