Exhibit "A" <br /> Scope of Work <br /> March 16, 2010 <br /> The City of Pleasanton Operations Services Department (CITY) has purchased Continental Utility <br /> Solutions, Inc (CUSI)'s Customer Information System software, herein referred to as UMS.net. In <br /> conjunction with the purchase of UMS.net, CITY requires software enhancements be made and <br /> implementation services be rendered under the terms and conditions of the Software Purchase and <br /> Professional Services Agreement between CUSI and CITY dated March 16, 2010. <br /> Scope <br /> This Statement of Work (SOW) will define the work to be performed by CUSI and CITY which shall <br /> include but not be limited to services to be rendered, activities to be performed, responsibilities of the <br /> parties, and a complete Project Plan for the delivery and implementation of UMS.net. <br /> Project Management <br /> CUSI and CITY will each provide project managers who will be responsible for all resource scheduling, <br /> day to day activities and oversight of the project. Project managers will be responsible for and oversee all <br /> other resources working on the project. <br /> PHASE1: DISCOVERY <br /> CUSI Responsibilities: <br /> CUSI will performed a review of both functional and technical business processes for the <br /> CITY including but not limited to the following areas: <br /> o General business requirements <br /> o Meter reading requirements <br /> o Service and work orders requirements <br /> o Rates, billing, credit and collections requirements <br /> o Reporting requirements <br /> o Data conversion requirements <br /> o Interface requirements <br /> CUSI will document business requirements as collected and understood, then will submit to <br /> the CITY for approval. <br /> CITY Responsibilities <br /> The CITY will provide resources with the following subject matter expertise: Business <br /> process requirements: <br /> General information (ie: account setup) <br /> Meter reading requirement <br /> Service and work orders requirements <br /> Rates, billing, credit and collections requirements <br /> Data conversion requirements <br /> Interface requirements <br /> The CITY is responsible for confirming all requirements documented and presented. <br /> Page 1 <br />
