THE CITY OF <br /> pLE ASANTON. <br /> Date: March 16, 2010 <br /> To: Mayor and Members of the City Council <br /> From: Nelson Fialho, City Manager <br /> Mike Tassano, Deputy Director Engineer <br /> Subject: Supplemental Report Status Regarding Tri Valley Transportation <br /> Council (TVTC) Fee Update <br /> SUMMARY <br /> This supplemental memorandum provides additional discussion regarding the TVTC fee <br /> update by providing the results of merging the original list of TVTC projects (List A) with <br /> the new list of TVTC projects (List B). <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Review List A and List B and the estimated placement of projects with a combined <br /> project list and provide comments to Pleasanton's TVTC representative. Staff does not <br /> support the merging of List A and List B projects. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The review of the TVTC project lists will not have a financial impact to the City of <br /> Pleasanton, but may adjust the regional funding priorities, which could impact future Tri- <br /> Valley expenditures. <br />
