<br />iii. Notwithstanding the requirements of Condition <br />2(c)(i) above. with regard to the Hopyard <br />Road/I-58D westbound off-ram~ intersection. <br />building permits may be issued once the Developer <br />has bonded for those imurovements deemed <br />necessary and acceptable to the City Engineer <br />to reduce the intersection from its current <br />LOS E to LOS D or better and has agreed <br />that those improvements shall be constructed <br />as soon as possible. <br /> <br />3. That since the development plan does not show the specific <br />design of buildings to be constructed on the property, all <br />buildings and individual site landscaping and parking shall <br />require design approval by the City prior to issuance of <br />building permits. Approval by the city shall be approval by <br />the City Council with recommendations from the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />4. That permitted and conditionally permitted uses on the <br />subject property shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Research and Development/Light Manufacturing/Warehouse Uses <br /> <br />A. All industrial uses, activities and processes allowed <br />in Section 2-7.20(1) (Permitted uses, I-P District), <br />Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />
