THE CITY OF <br /> pL£ASANTONo CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> February 16, 2010 <br /> Community Development <br /> Traffic Engineering Division <br /> TITLE: ADOPT RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS <br /> AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF PLEASANTON PEDESTRIAN AND <br /> BICYCLE MASTER PLAN <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The Draft Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan was reviewed by the City Council on <br /> September 15, 2009, and October 20, 2009. Revisions have been made to the master <br /> plan to reflect the input received at these meetings. The master plan is ready for City <br /> Council review and adoption. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Find that the Initial Study and Proposed Negative Declaration conform to the <br /> requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and adopt the <br /> attached resolution (Attachment 1) approving the Environmental Findings, the <br /> Initial Study, and Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Pedestrian and Bicycle <br /> Master Plan. <br /> 2. Adopt the resolution (Attachment 2), adopting the City of Pleasanton Pedestrian <br /> and Bicycle Master Plan, dated January 2010. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no financial impact as a result of this action. The projects identified within the <br /> Master Plan will be constructed as City funding or grant funding becomes available. <br />
