Adopted Resolution No. 10 -331 approving a Maintenance Agreement with the California <br /> Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for landscape maintenance at Hopyard Road /I- <br /> 580 on -ramps and off -ramps <br /> Councilmember McGovern questioned whether or not the City had to do the project and <br /> questioned if required by the maintenance agreement and requested assurance that there is no <br /> legal requirement to do this work. <br /> Mr. Fialho said this is for access and an agreement to maintain the improvements installed at <br /> this location. He noted that the improvements to this interchange are a Council priority and that <br /> some funds have been set aside for that purpose. He said this agreement is similar to those for <br /> other interchanges throughout the City. <br /> 6.
