Private fenced patio area with <br />large barbecue and 8 picnic tables. <br />100 folding chairs, 5 12-foot tables <br />and 2 8-foot tables are available for <br />your use. Covered porch wraps around <br />the front and sides. Complete small <br />kitchen available for catered events <br />only. 120 folding chairs, 7 6-foot <br />tables, 2 8-foot tables and 1 round <br />cake table. <br /> <br />Capacity: 50 - October-April <br /> 125 - May-September <br /> <br />Availability: 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. <br />Friday and Saturday; 10:00 a.m.-9:00 <br />p.m. Sunday. Weekday use is <br />extremely limited. <br /> <br />Music Restriction: Live bands, <br />D.J.'s, amplified music, or loud music <br />of any kind are not allowed at Century <br />House. Only instrumental <br />nonamplified music (i.e. Harpist, <br />String Quartet, Violins, etc.) are <br />approved. Deposit will be forfeited <br />for noncompliance with sound <br />regulations. Applicants must sign an <br /> <br />addendum to the contract stating that <br />loud and/or amplified music will not <br />be played at their function. Liquor may be <br />served only from the back foyer and <br />the kitchen; the bar is not allowed in <br />the main hall. Alcohol is allowed <br />only within the premises of the <br />building, not outdoors. Barbecuing is <br />not allowed. Note: If you wish to <br />seat 220 people at tables, there is no~t <br />room for a dance floor. J <br /> <br />Senior Center <br />5353 Sunol Boulevard <br /> <br />The Pleasanton Senior Center located <br />at 5353 Sunol Boulevard was <br />completed in March of 1993. The <br />22,000 square foot facility is <br />surrounded by Centennial Community <br />Park, a 6.3 acre park designed to <br />complement the Center. A staff <br />member is present at all times.
