Facility Rental Fees <br /> <br />Basic Fee is for six hours of use. Hours of use must include set-up, decorating and clean-up time necessary for <br />your event. Time extensions may be requested up to 14 days before booking; subject to the hourly fee. Tinte <br />extended without prearrangement w/ll incur the hourly rental cost, plus $20 per hour for stafftime except for <br />the Senior Center. After 1:00 a.m. Senior Center extended use will cost $I00.00 for every 15 minul;¢s Payment <br />Deposit - A $50.00 ($200.00 for Senior Center) nonrefundable building rental deposit will be required to secure a <br />reservation. Cleaning/Damage/Compliance Deposit - $50 for all reservations except (Century House - $I00.00 <br />and Sr. Center - $400.00) is due 30 days prior to use of facility.
