14. <br /> <br />The applicants shall effectively screen from view all new ducts, meters, air conditioning <br />equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the <br />roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. Screening details shall be <br />shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be <br />determined by the Planning Director. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br />The applicant shall comply with the Municipal Code requirements and standards for satellite <br />dishes. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a manner that noise emanating from it will <br />not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject property in a normal environment for <br />that zoning district. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be utilized on the <br />site except as allowed by Section 18.96.040 of the Zoning Ordinance if approved by temporary <br />conditional use permit as part of a decorating plan in conjunction with shopping center <br />promotional events. At no time shall spot lighting be used after 10:00 PM in conjunction with <br />such grand openings and/or promotional events. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />All proposed and existing signs for the restaurant/bar shall be consistent with the approved sign <br />program for the Pleasanton Station building.
