That the haul route for all materials to and from <br /> this development be approved by the City Engineer <br /> prior to approval of the final map or the start of <br /> any construction. <br /> <br /> 32. That the developer submit an erosion and sedimentation <br /> control plan or procedure as part of the improvement <br /> plans prior to the approval of the final map. <br /> <br /> 33. That the developer submit a dust control plan or <br /> procedure as part of the improvement plans prior to <br /> a~proval of the final map. · <br /> <br /> 34. That storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls <br /> and channels not within the area of a dedicated public <br /> street or public service easement be privately <br /> maintained by the property owners or through an <br /> association approved by the City. <br /> <br /> 35. That approval of the water supply and distri- <br /> bution system be withheld pending final design <br /> and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br /> system meets both the immediate-and long-range <br /> requirements for supplying water in this area. <br /> <br />36. That the developer comply with any and all <br /> applicable requirements of the cross-connections <br /> control and backflow prevention device programs <br /> required by the California Administrative Code, <br /> Title 17. <br /> <br />37. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br /> City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br /> Council approval of the development for any water <br /> meters (irrigation meters) not directly related <br /> to a building permit. <br /> <br />38. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br /> lot of record within ~he development unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />39. That approval for the number, type and location <br /> of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design <br /> review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
