6. That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division for approval prior.to.issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> <br /> 7. That the Flay area shall be 'enclosed with a masonry wall <br /> or predast concrete wall, the design of which shall be <br /> approved by the' Planning Division.prior to issuance of <br /> a. building permit. Said wall shall be 7 to 8 ft. in height <br /> along the southern property line of the subject site and <br /> along approximately 1/2 of the western property line <br /> where it shall step down to 6 ft. at the northern boundary <br /> of the play area. <br /> <br /> 8. That the playground equipment to be used shall be submitted <br /> to the P~anning Division for approval prior to installation. <br /> <br /> 9. That samples of the roofing material, mini brick and stucco <br /> shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior <br /> to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />10. That the hours of operation of the day care center shall <br /> be 6:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday through Friday only. <br /> <br />11. That the day care center shall be limited to a maximum <br /> of 156 ch'ildren. <br /> <br />12. That all requirements of case PUD-80-15 shall be met. <br /> <br />13- That the street number of the building be posted so <br /> as-to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br /> and night. <br /> <br />14. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br /> any other' mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br /> on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br /> from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />~ with the main structure. <br /> <br />15. That all mechanical equipment beconstructed in.sucha <br /> manner that noise e~anating from it will not be per- <br /> ceptible at or beyond the. property plane of the subject <br /> property in a normal environment 'for that zoning district. <br /> <br /> <br />
