1. That the "Conditional Uses" section of Exhibit A of <br /> Ordinance No. 961 shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br /> gonditional Uses: Conditional use permits. shall be <br /> required. for th~ following uses except that such uses may <br /> be permitted in conjunction with the approval of a PUD <br /> developmen~ plan. <br /> <br /> Christmas tree sales lots (temporary) <br /> <br /> Gymnasiums and health spas <br /> <br /> Financial 'institutions including banks,' savings and loan <br /> offices, finance companies, credit unions and related <br /> services <br /> <br /> Nursery schools, child care centers, day care centers, etc. <br /> <br /> Printing, including also lithographing and engraving and <br /> other' reproduction services <br /> <br /> Restaurants and soda fountains including drive-ins and <br /> take out food establishments <br /> <br /> Schools and colleges - including trade, business, music and <br /> art schools, but not including general purpose schools. <br /> <br /> Theatres <br /> <br /> 2. That the development for the Kindercare facility shall be <br /> substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, <br /> on file with the Planning Division. <br />3. That the building shall be veneered with mini brick as shown <br /> on the revised elevation except that there shall be no stucco <br /> areas on the front of the building and that the cupola/bell <br /> tower shall be the same color and of the same material as the rest <br /> of the roof. <br />4. That. the site for the K~ndercare'fad~ility shall be approximately <br /> 255 ft. in depth x 170 ft. in width as shown on the development <br /> plan, Exhibit A, but that the final dimensions shall'depend <br /> upon the precise alignment of Pimlico Drive. <br /> <br />5. That no hui!ding permi~ shall be issued for the Kindercare <br /> facility until the realignment of Pimlico Drive has been <br /> precisely established and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
