The redesign of this intersection shall be based upon a <br /> site specific traffic study which will determine the <br /> number and length of required left turn lanes for each <br /> leg of the intersection. <br /> <br /> b. That a traffic signal which is tied to the traffic <br /> signal interconnect system. <br /> <br />21. That the project entrance drive located on the south side of <br /> the proposed public street shall be reviewed and redesigned <br /> to the satisfaction of the City Engineer in order to provide <br /> safe and unobstructed ingress and egress for this <br /> development. <br /> <br />22. That pedestrian and bicycle access shall be provided along <br /> the proposed public street from Stoneridge Mall road to the <br /> proposed entrance drive. <br /> <br />23. That the applicant shall apply to Caltrans to landscape the <br /> right-of-way along the future Stoneridge Drive off-ramp (if <br /> not covered in NPID). This area shall be maintained by the <br /> applicant unless otherwise determined by Caltrans. A final <br /> landscape plan for the subject site and the Caltrans <br /> right-of-way shall be submitted to the Planning Director for <br /> approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />24. That the applicant shall be responsible for its prorata <br /> share, as determined by the City Engineer, of the necessary <br /> roadway widenings and traffic signal improvements at the <br /> intersections of Foothill Road/Deodar Way and at Foothill <br /> Road/Laurel Creek Way described as mitigations in the traffic <br /> report accompanying this report; the existing Foothill Road <br /> may be striped for three travel lanes, with the prorata share <br /> of permanent improvements bonded for by the applicant in lieu <br /> of installing said permanent improvements at the time of <br /> construction of the project, and, at the discretion of the <br /> City Engineer, other mitigations may be bonded for in lieu of <br /> construction. <br /> <br /> 25. That the development must adhere to all conditions of <br /> approval imposed on Case PUD-81-22. <br /> <br /> 26. That the public cul-de-sac proposed along the northern <br /> property line be revised to eliminate encroachment of the <br /> street bulb into the subject parcel. <br /> <br /> 27. That the necessary roadway widening along the west side of <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road be reviewed by the City Engineer and the <br /> appropriate pro-rata share of said improvements be <br /> established at the tentative map stage. <br /> <br /> 28. That the uses and site development standards for the site be <br /> those of the RM-1500 (Multiple Residential) Zoning District. <br /> <br /> <br />
